HDPCA exam related

I don't see anything on Hortonworks page if this exam is open book ? are we allowed internet access during exam or not?

You will not have access to internet but will have access to docs.hortonworks.com !

No, access/allow hortonworks documentation pages.

Candidates for the HDPCD exam are provided access to the Pig, Hive, Sqoop and Flume documentation pages. Candidates for the HDPCA exam are provided access to the HPD 2.3 documentation pages. Candidates for the HDPCD:Java exam will have access to the Apache Hadoop documentation.
