HPCPD Exam Results not Received

I have taken the Hortonworks HPCPD exam on 11/06/2017 and till the moment, I got nothing from Hortonworks, and I sent 2 emails after the 5 business days with no response.

I want also to complain bunch of issues I faced during the exam, although my internet connection was perfect. I lost more than 45 minutes in resolving issues with moving the opened windows, I was not able to minimize them or even close, the copy paste, works sometimes and sometimes not. The Proctor gave me 40 minutes added to the exam time because of these issues until we resolved them, but I was already lost my nerve and my concentration. I want to file my complaint from the examination process efficiency.

Now, I have plans to take other exams depending on my results in this exam, and Hortonworks is really messing up my plans. What should I do?

Very bad experience with hortonworks.I took spark certification exam on 2 January 2018.The basic requirement of my job is HDP Spark certification. One of Hortonworks employee replied me on 26 January I will get result on 31 January .Today is 6 February 2018 but I am still waiting for my result. Please let me know what i can do to get my result?

I have given HDPCD:java exam on 14th Jan,2018. I have not received the exam result yet. It is more than a month now and even customer care does not response to email (certification@hortonworks.com)

Hortonworks is not giving out correct results for exams.

I have had similar experience where I kept on sending them mails everyday and after 20 days they sent me a FAILED result.

I know I was 100% Pass in this exam.

I again attempted the same on 4th Feb and they did not declared it till yesterday. within this duration i had mailed them twice and today morning I lost my patience and sent them a shouting email to get a response.

They replied back with a FAILED Status.

I am 100000% sure that I havent failed this exam.

Hortonworks should understand that this is not a cheap exam and should do their valuation properly.

Also, After paying this big amount there has to be a channel to raise request to re-evaluate my exam or to raise and escalation on this except the one and only channel.

I HAVE LOST TRUST IN HORTONWORKS.

Same thing happened with me and I also lost concentration. Proctor gave me 30 minutes added to the exam time.

I have given the exam on 7th April 2018 but still waiting for the results. I haven't got any email from hortonworks. I also mailed them on certification@hortonworks.com but no response.

Now I am planning for cloudera certification. Atleast they have good repudiation than hortonworks.
