How to obtain the license key file and authentication credentials

Hi, 

I am trying to download any version of CDH. As noted on the download page I must include a valid username and password associated with an active Cloudera subscription.

Now, I am sure, that my company is a Cloudera Partner, so how do I know which of my colleagues has received the license key file? We are a big company so I am not sure where to start from the inside. Is this information available on the website?

In short, a user who is part of an account that has a Cloudera subscription should open a non-technical support case on the my.cloudera.com portal to request the credentials to download.

When trying to open a non-techical support case on my.cloudera.com I'm getting

Access to page is restricted
