Service Installation Order

At the service installation with Ambari wizard, the order of service installation seems arbitrary.

Sometime the installation starts from "Hbase" and some other time from "ActivityMonitor" or "HDFS".

When I see hbase installation failure error due to "/usr/hdp/current/hadoop-client/conf doesn't exist",

feel that had the "HDFS" service installed first, this error could be avoided.

So, I wonder whether the order of service installation matters and there is any way to manage the order.
