Setup Ambari Cluster without installing services

Hello Community,

We are facing problem in our company related to ambari.

By mistake we have reset ambari config.

And we have many services are running like Oozie Hive Spark ....

Does the reset of ambari affect services and data ?

There is any way to create new cluster and reconnect it to all existing services without installing them ?
