/etc/alternatives links not updated after moving parcels directory

After moving the parcels directory in the Manager GUI, the /etc/aternatives links to all the commands failed to update. Therefore none of the comands run such as hdfs. Also, the agent .ini files were not updated either so I fixed them by hand, restarted, etc and the links are still bad. How do I get links back in sync with where the parcels now live?

Please delete the /etc/aternatives/* from this host by using below command and restart the agent on this host. It will recreate the alternatives again pointing to correct version.

#rm -rf /etc/aternatives/*
