no, that lets me edit the profile, changing things like my name and address, it is not the same thing. I want to SEEEEE my profile! I found out that the link is here: https://university.cloudera.com/user/profile.html now why on earth cloudera was not smart enough to link to that from the web page? I don't know. I am sure that you WILL NOT CHANGE though, because I have only told you about two dozen problems in the past year and you never fix them.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, I do believe we are aware of some of the issues already and are in the process of fixing them, but just to be certain, we will reach out to you personally to assure we fully understand all of the issues. Some of them might be specific to certain environmental conditions you are experiencing, but we definitely want to understand and resolve these user experience problems as best we can.

Apologies - it's difficult after the fact to say why this problem may have occured. I presume it's not related to the previously reported issue? Have you checked your profile page for an auto-saved draft?
