Sorry for the bump. I tried this in the HDP Sandbox and discovered that installing krb5-workstation-1.15.1-37.el7_7.2.x86_64.rpm solved the problem

@ask_bill_brooks thank you so much for your response. the original problem is indeed solved but the error I face while downloading still exists despite the fact that I switched to different computers. internet connections. but it seems that the server restricts or the link, while downloading, stops responding.

Greetings All, Cloudera's Mark Schoeni has a video out now giving folks some high level detail about how the Cloudera is "secure by design". Cloudera designed CDP to safeguard your organization's data within the virtual network of your chosen public cloud vendor. Also, they took all of the hard work associated with setting up security tools, such as kerberos, and automated it. This way the platform is secure and ready to start using right away. @emanueol as of this writing, I believe that XML attachments aren't allowed, but you can cut and paste the XML source code into the body of a post using the Insert/edit code sample feature of the editor.

Well, you didn't say what your background was or how much experience with Hadoop you currently have from an administrator's perspective. Assuming you are a beginner, I'd recommend reading over a book like this one: • Murthy, A., Vavilapalli, V., Eadline, D., Niemiec, J., & Markham J. (2014).
